How do I cancel an application in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?

An application can only be cancelled if it has not been processed, i.e. not reflected as approved or rejected. If an application cannot be cancelled, the “Cancel Application” function will not be available at the bottom of the page.

Employer:
For applications submitted via CorpPass login, only personnel with ‘​Preparer’ access can cancel the application.
 
For applications submitted via SingPass login, the applicant can cancel applications submitted under his/her SingPass NRIC/FIN account.
 
To cancel an application, proceed to “Status of My Employees' Applications” and select the “Transaction Reference No.” of the application you wish to cancel. Click on “Cancel Application” at the bottom of the page.
 
Self-Employed Person/Parent:
To cancel your application, proceed to “Status of My Applications” and select the “Transaction Reference No.” of the application you wish to cancel. Click on “Cancel Application” at the bottom of the page.
