Direct Credit Authorisation


A Direct Credit Authorisation (DCA) form is to be submitted if the applicant wishes to receive payment from the Government by direct credit into a designated bank account.
 
From 3 May 2017, employers with authorised access rights and Self-Employed Persons/ Parents can provide their information such as bank details online via “Maintain Bank Details” through the use of CorpPass or SingPass, where relevant.

From 3 May 2017:
Employers with authorised access rights and Self-Employed Persons/Parents can provide or update their standing instruction online via “Maintain Bank Details” through the use of CorpPass or SingPass, where relevant.

If you do not have CorpPass or SingPass or are unable to register for CorpPass within the submission deadlines for GPL schemes, please email us at contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg.
 
Employers
For UEN entities, personnel who is assigned with ‘Manager’ role can update the standing instruction via “Maintain Bank Details”.
 
For non-UEN entities, only the NRIC/FIN holder of the CPF Submission Number can update the standing instruction via “Maintain Bank Details”.
 
Self-Employed Person/Parent
You can update the standing instruction via “Maintain Bank Details”.

The "Maintain Bank Details" form allows you to easily maintain the standing instruction and/or contact details of your company or for yourself without the need to submit hardcopy Direct Credit Authorisation (DCA) form with bank endorsement.

We strongly encourage the company/ Self-Employed Person/Parent to open a bank account in Singapore, with GIRO facility. This will facilitate the processing of claims as the monies will be credited into the bank account within 10 working days from the date of application.
