General Information

​​​The GPL Portal is a one-stop website to provide eServices for GPL schemes (except stillbirth cases). It is available at www.profamilyleave.gov.sg. Log in with your CorpPass or SingPass to access the full features.​​

You can visit this website​ to find out more about GPL Schemes, including the eligibility criteria of each leave scheme. ​​

​​We encourage all applications for GPLs to be submitted through the GPL Portal for faster processing, except for stillbirth cases which have to be submitted via hardcopy form.

Please refer to the Servic​e Standard for the processing time of applications.  
 

 From the eServices menu, you can do the following:

 Employer

  1. Apply for reimbursement of the:
    • Adoption Leave for Mothers (AL)
    • Government-Paid Childcare Leave (GPCL)
    • Government-Paid Maternity Leave (GPML)
    • Government-Paid Paternity Leave (GPPL)
    • Government-Paid Shared Parental Leave (SPL)
  2. Maintain information, such as the company's contact details and standing instruction 
  3. View previously submitted applications, the number of GPCL days taken by the Parent and the Shared Parental Leave declaration

 Self-Employed Person/ Parent

  1. Apply for reimbursement of the:
    • Adoption Leave for Mothers (AL)
    • Government-Paid Childcare Leave (GPCL)
    • Government-Paid Maternity Leave (GPML)
    • Government-Paid Maternity Benefit(GPMB)
    • Government-Paid Paternity Leave (GPPL)
    • Government-Paid Shared Parental Leave (SPL)
  2. Maintain personal standing instruction
  3. Make a declaration to share leave via the Shared Parental Leave Allocation System
  4. View previously submitted applications, the number of GPCL days taken by the Parent and the Shared Parental Leave declaration

MyInfo is a service that allows SingPass users to manage their personal data and pre-fill forms in digital services transactions. This includes government-verified data that is retrieved across participating Government agencies and data you contributed to form your Profile.

SingPass users who have set up their 2FA (2-Factor Authentication) and have registered their e-mail address or local mobile number will be eligible for a MyInfo Profile. Foreigners who have a valid permit (e.g. work permit / employment pass) can also register for SingPass.

Once you have successfully logged in to GPL Portal, selected details required in each online application form will be retrieved automatically from MyInfo. 

For Local Entities with Unique Entity Number (UEN)

To register as a CorpPass Administrator, the authorised representative must own a SingPass account. At CorpPass website, click on 'Register as a  CorpPass Admin'> and follow the steps accordingly.

Once the CorpPass account is set up, the CorpPass Administrator can create CorpPass user account for authorised personnel who is a foreigner without SingPass.

For Foreign Entities without a local UEN

To register as a CorpPass Administrator, the authorised representative who is eligible for SingPass can go to CorpPass website, click on 'Services' menu > 'Register for CorpPass' > 'Foreign Entity', and click on 'Register via SingPass'.

For authorised representative who is not eligible for SingPass, you can follow the same steps as above and click on 'Register via Foreign ID' instead.

The authorised representative will require the following documents when registering for a CorpPass Administrator account: 

  • Business Registration Document
  • Personal Identification Document of the CorpPass Administrator

When registering for a CorpPass user account, the CorpPass Administrator requires the following information:

  • Foreign ID
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • CorpPass Mobile Token number

For non-SingPass users, CorpPass Mobile Token (CorpPass 2FA for Foreigners) is required as 2FA (2-Factor Authentication) mechanism when logging in to government digital services using CorpPass.

CorpPass 2FA for Foreigners is a free mobile application. This mobile app is for non-SingPass users to receive 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) push notification when logging in to their CorpPass account.

To set up CorpPass 2FA for Foreigners, you need to install the mobile application from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will need the following details to complete the set up:

  • Unique Entity Number (UEN) or Entity ID issued by CorpPass (i.e. CC12345678X)
  • Valid CorpPass account details (i.e. CorpPass ID, Password)

Upon the first login on CorpPass website, you will be prompted with step-by-step instructions to register and set up before you can use your CorpPass account.
