Maintain My Profile

A Profile in the GPL Portal tags all transactional information to a particular entity or user identified with CorpPass or SingPass respectively.
 
From 3 May 2017, Employers and Self-Employed Persons/Parents including Government-Paid Maternity Benefit (GPMB) applicants, will have to maintain a Profile in the GPL Portal before submitting applications.
 
The related transactional information includes:
 
Employer:
The company's name, CPF Submission Number, contact details and bank account number
 
Self-Employed Person/Parent:
The user's name, NRIC, contact details and bank account number

A Profile allows you to easily maintain the standing instruction and contact details of your company or yourself without the need to submit a hardcopy Direct Credit Authorisation (DCA) form with bank endorsement.
 
You can make any changes at your convenience and the details are instantly updated in your next transaction.

Employer:
For UEN entities, only personnel who is assigned with ‘Manager’ access can create and update a Profile via “Maintain My Profile”.
 
For non-UEN entities, only the NRIC/FIN holder of the CPF Submission Number can create and update a Profile via “Maintain My Profile”.
 
If no Profile has been created, the Portal will direct the authorised personnel to “Maintain My Profile” page automatically upon login to create a new Profile. If you do not have the authorised access to create a Profile, the Portal will direct you to the eService menu where you can use enquiry services only.  
 
Self-Employed Person/ Parent:
You can create and update a Profile in GPL Portal. If you do not have a Profile, the Portal will direct you to “Maintain My Profile” page automatically upon login to create a new Profile.​​
 
Note: If you have an existing Profile and your last login was more than a year ago from the current date, you will be prompted to edit or update your Profile upon log in.

Employer:
For users who log in via CorpPass, you can view the Profile if you are assigned with any role access.
 
For users who log in via SingPass, only the NRIC/FIN holder of non-UEN entities can view the Profile created for his/her company.
 
Self-Employed Person/Parent:
You can log in via SingPass to view your Profile. 

You can click on the "Maintain My Profile" icon at the GPL Portal homepage to log in. You will be directed to the Profile page upon successful login with your CorpPass or SingPass where you can view or edit your Profile.

If you have an existing profile and your last login was more than a year ago from the current date, you will be prompted to update your Profile upon logging in.

Yes. All applications will require a Profile before the company or Self-Employed Person/ Parent can submit a GPL application.
 
If you or your company are logging in for the first time and you have the authorised access, you will be directed to “Maintain My Profile” page automatically upon login to create a new Profile. Once your profile is created, the existing standing instruction that was submitted via DCA form will be shown for your confirmation.

​Yes, you will need to maintain a Profile in Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal before you can submit the application if you are using a GIRO account.

​Yes, you may do so if your client has assigned you with the ‘Manager’ access rights to maintain Profile on their behalf. 


The bank account details reflected in the GPL Portal is the standing instruction previously maintained in the “Maintain My Profile” section or Direct Credit Authorisation (DCA) form.
 
For Employer
If your company wishes to change the existing standing instruction, please inform your authorised personnel with ‘Manager’ access to update via “Maintain My Profile”.
 
For Self-Employed Parent/Person
You can update “Maintain My Profile” online.

        Example:
        Branch code for SBI Clementi– 290

        Account number to indicate in the GPL transaction – 29012345678911 (14 digits)
