Technical Issues Faced During Claim Submission

There are several possible reasons why you may be logged out from the GPL Portal.

  1. Your login session has expired due to inactivity.
  2. You are submitting GPL applications using multiple browser tabs at the same time. Please submit one GPL application at a time.
  3. We have detected an attempt to bypass some pages of the application form.

Please login again to continue your application.

Alternatively, you can email contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg to report on the error you have encountered. Please include a description and screenshot of the error so that we can address the issue more effectively.

You can email contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg to report on any technical issues faced when submitting a claim. Please include a description and screenshot of the issue.


It could be due to the following scenarios:

  1. You do not have access to submit claim on behalf of your company; or
  2. Your company does not have the necessary information e.g. bank details maintained in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal.

Please clear the cache and cookies of your internet browser and try submitting your claim again.  Alternatively, you may close your browser and try to login again or use a different browser.

Please log in to GPL portal using the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 9 & above
  • Mozilla Firefox 33 & above
  • Google Chrome 39 & above with 1366 x 768 resolution

If you still face the same error, please click on "error on page" message at the bottom left hand corner of the screen, capture a screenshot of the pop-up message and email to contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg for investigation.

If you are submitting the claim for your/your employee’s second youngest child, please ensure that the declared leave dates are before the youngest child’s date of birth. Otherwise, please indicate your/your employee’s youngest child’s date of birth if the leave is taken after the youngest child is born.

The parent’s ID in our database may be different from the one that you have indicated. Please input the parent’s ID as indicated in the child’s birth certificate. If you still encounter the error message, please  email contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg for assistance.

We are unable to retrieve your particulars from MyInfo. However, you can continue with the GPL application by completing the required particulars. If you still encounter the error message, please email contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg for assistance.
