View My Application Status


If you log in to GPL Portal via CorpPass, you can view all the applications submitted under the selected CPF Submission Number.
 
If you log in via SingPass:
  • You will be able to view all the applications submitted under the CPF Submission Number if you are the NRIC/ FIN holder of the non-UEN entity.
  • You will be able to view the applications submitted under your own SingPass account if you are submitting as a Self-Employed Parent or on behalf of your company for the keyed CPF Submission Number.
 
To view your application status:
 
Click on the “eServices” drop-down tab on the top left-hand corner at the eService page and select "Status of my Employees’ Applications" or “Status of My Applications” if you are a Self-Employed Person/Parent.

You can amend applications if they have not been submitted.
 
If your application has been submitted, you can either cancel it if it has not been processed or email us at contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg if it has been processed. Read here​ or watch this online demo on how to cancel an application.​​

An application can only be cancelled if it has not been processed, i.e. not reflected as approved or rejected. If an application cannot be cancelled, the “Cancel Application” function will not be available at the bottom of the page.

Employer:
For applications submitted via CorpPass login, only personnel with ‘​Preparer’ access can cancel the application.
 
For applications submitted via SingPass login, the applicant can cancel applications submitted under his/her SingPass NRIC/FIN account.
 
To cancel an application, proceed to “Status of My Employees' Applications” and select the “Transaction Reference No.” of the application you wish to cancel. Click on “Cancel Application” at the bottom of the page.
 
Self-Employed Person/Parent:
To cancel your application, proceed to “Status of My Applications” and select the “Transaction Reference No.” of the application you wish to cancel. Click on “Cancel Application” at the bottom of the page.
