eServices Login


At the homepage, select “LOGIN TO eSERVICES” or a shortcut to a specific eService under “I WANT TO…”.
 
Please select “An Employer” or “A Self-Employed Person/Parent” to log in with your CorpPass or SingPass. 

The CorpPass ID is the login ID (i.e. username) that is used when logging in to your account.

If you have forgotten your CorpPass ID:
  1. Access the “Retrieve CorpPass / Entity ID” function at the CorpPass website
  2. Enter the required information
  3. An email notification stating your Entity ID and CorpPass ID will be sent to the email registered to your CorpPass account

By default, your SingPass ID is your NRIC or FIN.

For Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents, your SingPass ID is your NRIC number (e.g. S1234567X) or CPFB unique account number (e.g. SA123456Z).
For Personalised Employment/Employment/Dependant/S-Pass & Work Permit holders, your SingPass ID is your Foreign Identification Number (FIN) e.g. F1234567X or G1234567Z

For UEN entities:
You may use CorpPass in GPL Portal from 3 May 2017. Your CorpPass Administrator must assign the relevant GPL access to your CorpPass ID before you can use any eService in GPL Portal.

For Non-UEN entities and Self-Employed Person/ Parent:
You may continue to use SingPass to access eServices in GPL Portal.


The roles and their functions are:
 
  • 'Manager'* - can maintain the company's contact details and standing instruction;
  • 'Preparer'* - can submit and cancel Government-Paid Leave (GPL) applications; and 
  • 'Reader' - can view the company's contact details, standing instruction and submitted GPL applications.

*'Manager' and 'Preparer' roles have 'Reader' functions. 


Only the ‘CorpPass Administrator’ may assign one or more role(s) to a CorpPass user in GPL Portal. For more information on the roles, please click here

Your CorpPass Administrator can assign access and authorised role(s) to each CorpPass user account via the CorpPass website. This has to be done before a CorpPass user can use the e-Services in GPL Portal.

 
1.  To set up digital service*(1):
         a.       Click ‘Select Entity’s e-Services’ after successful login.
         b.      Type ‘Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal’ in the search box.
         c.       Select the checkbox and click ‘Next’.
         d.      Complete your CPF Submission Number (CSN(s))* (2) and click ‘Next’.
         e.      Click ‘Submit’ after verifying what you have entered is correct.
 
Note: (1)Digital service is also known as e-Service.
(2)The CSN should begin with the entity’s UEN (e.g. UEN/entity ID used for CorpPass login is 123456789Z). You will need to input the field ‘CSN’ in the correct format as e.g. 123456789Z-PTE-01.  
 
2.  To assign specific user(s) to the digital service and role(s):
        a.       Click ‘Assign selected e-Services’ upon successful login.
        b.      Select the CorpPass user account(s) you wish to assign to.
        c.       Select ‘Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal’ and click ‘Next’.
        d.      Select the role(s)* and CSN that you wish to assign to the selected CorpPass user.
        e.      Click ‘Next’ to verify the assignment.  
        f.       Click ‘Submit’ to complete.
 
For multiple CSNs, repeat Step 2 for each CSN for the assignment of role(s) and access to specific user(s). Yes, there is no limit to the number of roles for each CorpPass user.
 
A user who is both a ‘Manager’ and ‘Preparer’ will be able to create or edit the contact and standing instruction in “Maintain Bank Details” form as well as submit online applications on behalf of the entity. 

No, there is no limit to the number of CorpPass users.

Do note that each individual is only allowed a single CorpPass account per entity. However, the individual may hold separate CorpPass accounts for different entities he/ she is acting on behalf of.

Both your entity (’Client’) and the outsourced agent (‘Third Party Entity’) must have a CorpPass account.

Client
Before the outsourced agent’s CorpPass Administrator (i.e. Third Party Entity) can assign the access to their CorpPass users, your CorpPass Administrator must set up the following:
 
a.      Select your entity’s digital service(s); and
b.      Assign the relevant digital service(s) and role(s) to your outsourced agent (i.e. Third Party Entity)
 
Outsourced agent (Third Party Entity)
After your Client has assigned the specific digital service to your entity, your CorpPass Administrator needs to:
 
a.      Ensure your Client has assigned the relevant digital service(s) to your entity.
b.      Assign the digital service(s) and roles(s) to your CorpPass user(s) who will transact on behalf of the Client.
 
Note: The outsourced agent is able to perform functions such as removing Client’s digital service authorisation and viewing authorisation history.

​For UEN entities:
From 1 September 2018, CorpPass will be the ONLY login method for your business transactions with the Government. SingPass will cease to be a login method by then. 

For Non-UEN entities: 
You may continue to use SingPass to access eServices in GPL Portal. 

​Your CorpPass Administrator has not granted you access to transact on behalf of your company. Please contact your CorpPass Administrator.

​You can find out who is your CorpPass Administrator via CorpPass website, by selecting "Find Your CorpPass Admin" under the menu 'Services'.

You may not have the required access. Please log in to CorpPass website to check the access assigned to you.

You will need to take note that the following additional details (e.g. digital service role, CPF Submission Number (CSN), vendor ID, etc.) are required for GPL Portal digital service when you set up on CorpPass.
