How do I set up access to Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal e-Services and assign role(s) to CorpPass user(s) for my entity?
Your CorpPass Administrator can assign access and authorised role(s) to each CorpPass user account via the
CorpPass website. This has to be done before a CorpPass user can use the e-Services in GPL Portal.
1. To set up digital service*(1)
a. Click ‘Select Entity’s e-Services’ after successful login.
b. Type ‘Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal’ in the search box.
c. Select the checkbox and click ‘Next’.
d. Complete your CPF Submission Number
and click ‘Next’.
e. Click ‘Submit’ after verifying what you have entered is correct. Note: (1)Digital service is also known as e-Service.
(2)The CSN should begin with the entity’s UEN (e.g. UEN/entity ID used for CorpPass login is 123456789Z). You will need to input the field ‘CSN’ in the correct format as e.g. 123456789Z-PTE-01.
2. To assign specific user(s) to the digital service and role(s):
a. Click ‘Assign selected e-Services’ upon successful login.
b. Select the CorpPass user account(s) you wish to assign to.
c. Select ‘Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal’ and click ‘Next’.
d. Select the role(s)* and CSN that you wish to assign to the selected CorpPass user.
e. Click ‘Next’ to verify the assignment.
f. Click ‘Submit’ to complete.
For multiple CSNs, repeat Step 2 for each CSN for the assignment of role(s) and access to specific user(s). For more information on how to set up account for CorpPass users, please refer to the ‘User Guides’ under the ‘Help’ tab at
